I was driving through a “Saturday Market” last Saturday - noticed a chicken to my right so I swerved left. Unfortunately, a couple ducks had run out of the bushes to my left which I nearly ran over, right in front of a family with several kids. To them, it looked like I had swerved at the ducks to run over them... And then I remembered the Jalopnik chicken vs duck issue. We clearly need automatic duck avoidance systems in new cars.
